We may receive your name, phone number, email, event date and party size, delivery address, order preferences, payment evidence and information you voluntarily provide. Allergy information is used only to handle your order more safely.

- Answer enquiries and check availability.
- Prepare quotes and manage orders, bookings, deposits and events.
- Handle incidents and comply with accounting, tax and consumer obligations.
Processing is based on steps requested by you, performance of the resulting agreement, consent where appropriate and legal obligations.
4. Providers and international processing
Information is shared only where needed with service providers such as WhatsApp/Meta, Microsoft Outlook, Vercel and payment or delivery providers used for an operation. Some may process information outside Ecuador under their own safeguards and terms.
5. Retention and security
Unsuccessful enquiries are kept only as long as reasonably needed. Transaction records are retained for applicable legal periods. Reasonable measures are used to prevent unauthorised access, loss or misuse.
6. Your rights
You may request access, correction, updating, deletion, objection, suspension or portability where applicable by emailing us and identifying your request. You may also contact Ecuador’s Personal Data Protection Authority.
7. Children
The website is not intended to collect information from children. A booking involving a child must be managed by their legal representative.
